MEK1 Logic Test

Been spending a couple of weeks now drilling down on the Mek1 design.  There is still a lot of work to be done for it, but at the very least the foundation is getting designed, we have some animation and some effects.  He creates a hitbox that deals damage to the player and the player can now damage the mek as well.  Lots of code went into this, now its time to really bug test it and spend lots of time animating and polishing him.
